ALB Seven offers graphic design, UI/UX design, website development, software development, landing page creation and online advertising management services. The specific details of each project — scope, deadlines, prices and delivery conditions — are defined in individual commercial proposals and/or contracts between ALB Seven and the client. In case of conflict between these Terms and a specific contract, the contract shall prevail. ALB Seven reserves the right to refuse or terminate the provision of services in the event of a violation of these Terms or conduct contrary to good faith.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code and data compilations — is the property of ALB Seven or its content providers, protected by Brazilian Law nº 9.610/1998 (Copyright Act) and other applicable regulations. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express written authorization is prohibited. Regarding work developed for clients: the transfer of economic rights over deliverables occurs only after completion of the project and full payment of agreed amounts, under the terms defined in the specific contract. Until such transfer, all rights remain with ALB Seven.

By accessing this site and using our services, you agree to: • Provide true, accurate and up-to-date information when requested • Maintain the confidentiality of administrative area access credentials, being responsible for all activity carried out with your account • Immediately notify ALB Seven of any unauthorized use of your account • Use the site and services only for lawful purposes The following are expressly prohibited: • Reproducing, copying or distributing website materials without authorization • Attempting to access restricted areas without valid credentials • Reverse engineering, decompiling or unauthorized modification of any software • Transmitting illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights • Using automated tools (scrapers, bots) to collect data from the site

ALB Seven uses its best efforts to keep the site available and services functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. ALB Seven is not responsible for: • Damages resulting from improper use of the site or services by the user • Interruptions caused by failures of third-party infrastructure (hosting, internet) • Content on external sites linked by links • Indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages not directly caused by our negligence The above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law nº 8.078/1990) and other applicable Brazilian laws. Basic consumer rights are always preserved.

ALB Seven may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in services, legislation or our practices. Significant changes will be communicated with a minimum of 15 days' notice via notice on the site and/or by email, when the user has provided this data. Continued use of the services after the effective date of changes will constitute acceptance of the new conditions.
