Consulting and B2B

Websites for consultancies and service firms

For management, finance, technology or engineering consultancies that sell trust and method, and need a website that filters contacts before they take up the partners' time.

    What usually goes wrong

Consulting is not an off-the-shelf product. Clients are letting a stranger look into their business, so the site has to feel solid before any conversation.

At the same time, a discovery meeting costs a partner's time. A form that only asks for name, email and message brings contacts with no defined size or problem, and those conversations rarely become contracts.

The usual result is a generic site with phrases like "innovative tailored solutions" that could belong to anyone, and an inbox full of contacts that should never have arrived there.

    What a consultancy website needs

    Fewer adjectives, more method.

Who it is for, before the form

A section that clearly states the company size and type of problem the consultancy handles. Those who do not fit work it out on their own; those who do arrive more confident.

    A multi-step form

Contact first, then operations: size, revenue, main pain points. Whoever reaches the end arrives already described, and the first meeting starts with the problem.

    Method explained

How the engagement works, step by step, with what the client receives at each one. That is what sets one consultancy apart when its name is not yet known.

    Content that backs authority

Articles signed by the partners about the problems the consultancy solves. They help in search and are what an AI assistant cites when someone asks about the topic.

    A protected form

Server-side validation, rate limiting and a honeypot against bots. Consultancy forms attract spam, and every spam message is wasted time.

    How ALB Seven builds it

A single source for the questions

Form fields are defined once and used both on the page and in the email the consultancy receives. A new question never appears on the site and disappears from the email.

    A brand design system

Colours and typography derived from the consultancy's identity, applied through tokens. No loose colour values in the code.

A thank-you page that measures conversion

A real confirmation page, kept out of Google's index, that lets Analytics count how many contacts the site generated.

    Performance and security

WebP images, lean CSS, and security headers such as CSP and HSTS configured on the server.

    Frequently asked questions

Won't a form with many questions scare contacts away?

It scares away contacts who were not going to sign, which is the point. Splitting it into steps, with easy questions first, reduces drop-off. And whoever fills it all in is much closer to becoming a client.

Should I show prices on the site?

In consulting, price is usually a conversation, because it depends on scope. An alternative is to explain how the fee is built and the engagement format, without publishing a number.

    Do I need a blog?

If the partners have something to say about the problems they solve, yes. One good signed article a month beats ten generic ones. If nobody will write, no blog is better than an abandoned one.

Do you work with consultancies outside Brazil?

Yes. We work remotely across Brazil and abroad, in Portuguese and English.

Shall we talk about your project?

Tell us what your business does and for whom. The first conversation is about understanding the goal, not selling a package.
